Blackfalds - Cottonwood Meadows
Cottonwood Meadows is located in the North East corner of Blackfalds immediately east of Highway 2A. This subdivision is located on a rolling piece of terrain and will feature a school site, playing fields and will leave undisturbed a significant stand of trees and wetland in the south east corner. Regional pathways will connect Cottonwood Meadows with recreational and community sites throughout the town. Cottonwood Meadows will also contain a 30-acre commercial site.
